Adriane boasts over 17 years’ experience in the education and experiential travel hospitality sectors, hosting programs for over 250,000 students worldwide. A graduate of University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics with a degree in finance, Adriane is one of the youngest CEOs of a 200+ portfolio company.

Esteban Olivares

Head of Managed Programs

Esteban is an education leader at the executive level with 15+ years of experience in enrollment management, faculty engagement, capacity building, program development, portfolio, and project management. He assists institutions with developing holistic student experiences to maintain organizational vitality and capacity to engage learners for success.

Bob Musiker

Owner/Executive Director

Bob is an experienced executive director with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Bob’s vibrant entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen helps universities and college partners realize their summer program potential.

Jimmy Musiker

Owner/Executive Director

Jimmy has over 40 years of experience in business development, operations, and summer program management. He is an entrepreneurial leader who brings his experience and passion for student experiences to our managed partner relationships with colleges and universities.

We have truly benefited from our long-standing relationship with Summer Discovery. We look at this relationship and what Summer Discovery brings to campus each summer as an “incubator” of innovative ideas, and a glimpse of what’s next related to future college students. Our collaborative summer offerings have exposed us to what future students will want in their college experience and allowed us to pilot programs in advance of incorporating them into our campus programming.
